seabourn encore is home to a living room-like space called seabourn square that serves as a central hub. it is part sitting area, part library and part coffee bar, and it also offers a computer center and a discreet enclave manned by the ship's concierges. seabourn square's coffee bar area is european in style and features a gleaming espresso machine and a glass-enclosed case filled with sandwiches, pastries and gelato. seabourn encore's casual eatery is called the colonnade. the colonnade offers both indoor and outdoor seating. it's open for breakfast and lunches with a bountiful buffet as well as a selection of a la carte items. the colonnade also is open in the evenings,

when it serves regionally themed dinners with full table service. located on deck 12 of the seabourn encore is the retreat, a new-for-seabourn sanctuary that is ringed with 15 private cabanas. the cabanas are available for an extra charge that starts at $350 per couple per day.
